How do I return an item?

We always want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and will gladly accept returns within 30 days from the day you received your item. Any item not in its original condition will not be considered, so please do not attempt to return items that have been WORN, WASHED, ALTERED OR DAMAGED in any way, with all tags attached.

 We understand there maybe special circumstances, so please feel free to contact us. Before sending back any items to be refunded, we ask that you email us at sahb.support@gmail.com. We would like to be notified ahead of time so that we can keep an eye out for the package and there will not be a delay in refunding you. In the email please include your name, order number, the item you are returning, and any other relevant information you feel we may need to process your return.

 When returning an item, please enclose the original packing slip with your return and state on the packing slip if you would like a refund or exchange. If you are making an exchange, please note the item(s) you would like to exchange for. We offer free shipping back to the customer for exchanges. Return packages must be postmarked no later than 30 days from date of original. Once we have received your returned item, it will be processed and refunded within 5 business days. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this credit to your account. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
